Its an Ostrich's Egg.
Strangely those are available in some shops here for as low as 10$. I wonder if it would be a crime to sell them in most of other countries.
This image shows the egg in a grown ups hand so that u could get the feel of its size.
The shell is too hard to break it seems, so one have to drill a hole in it and take out the fluid. People normally buy it, empty them (make omletts probably) and save the shell to show up.
